1. Know how many posts are in queue

The queue displays scheduled posts by Autopilot from 3 days starting the from present moment.

2. Fix errors

If there is any basic error that prevents your posts from being published, it will be shown in the Queue.

The most common errors are:

  • The content exceeds Twitter/Facebook text limit
  • The image size exceeds 4MB

In both cases, there will be an error message next to the faulty post as below. To fix error number 1, you should shorten your content. To fix error number 2, you should change product's image in Shopify to be of smaller size.

Then, press Update Autopilot for our app to fetch the new changes and update the Queue.
