To speed up your response time, you can create saved replies and attach media. Better yet, you can search a product and send its link to your customer when chatting right within the app.

Most importantly, our app allows you to create an order without leaving your chatbox, which is bound to save you tons of time and boost your sales!

Access Reply Box

Click on the Reply Box icon. All conversations from all pages you manage will be displayed as below.

Click on the page you want to view its conversations, then choose the type of conversation you want to view for your page (Comment or Inbox)


Search Products

Normally, if you want to send your product information while chatting with your customer, you would need to copy the product link from your store, then paste it into the chat.

With our app, you can send your product information right within the chatbox in just a few clicks!

To start, click on the label icon within the chatbox.

The Search Products pop-up will appear, allowing you to search for products.

Simply type the name of the product you want to send to the customer in the search bar, then press Insert.

The product will be sent as a link with some information including the product thumbnail, price, and store domain. When the customer clicks on View Details, they will be directed straight to the product page on your store.

Upload Media

In case you want to send a picture of your product, you can press this picture icon and add the picture that is available on your PC or laptop.


Create an order

With this feature, you will be able to create a new order, set up shipping address, add discount and shipping rate right in your inbox. Refer to this article to know how to create an order.

Once you created an order, it will be sent as a message in the inbox. Moreover, the order is also created as a draft order on Shopify.
