We are releasing new conditions to optimize our chat flow features.

After adding a new chat flow, our new conditions such as Returning Subscribers and Schedule, will be in the top right corner of the screen.

The following simple steps will assist you experience this feature:
Create new chat flow
Choose Condition
Choose Returning Subscribers or Schedule
Drag and drop the condition, then Edit
Preview Flow or Publish when your flow is ready

A. Returning Subscriber

Supports filtering your customers who have previously or currently subscribed to your store.

If the customers subscribed to your store before this chat, they will receive an auto-message of "Welcome back". If "No", they will get "Welcome to our store".

This feature is filtered for any users who have subscribed to your store by these kinds of Growth tool: Get Started button, Subscription button and Modal.

B. Schedule

Supports users to set up the time condition to run the chat flow.

You can choose any day of the week for you schedule. The conversation flow will recognize the time you are and automatically send the next message.

In addition, Specific day supports you to choose any special day in a year and choose repetition function If you require.

To consider this previewed flow for an example:

If your customers communicate with you on Thursday, this flow will recognize "Yes" and automatically send them the message of "End of Sale up to 50%".
By contrast, if "No", your chat flow will not auto-send any messages to your customers.
