Pop-ups are almost an indispensable feature for websites. It would be great if you could ask customers to subscribe to messages right at the pop-up.

Create a modal growthtool

To create a pop-up with Socialreply, first you will access the Growth Tool, then you will select ''Modal ''



Here, we have a few templates for you to easily choose according to your preferences, or you can design your own pop-up.



Design a pop-up

We'll start with the pop-up interface that is displayed before the client clicks subscribe or the '' Initial State ''.

At the preview screen, you can use all the supporting tools to edit pop-up so beautifully with the options that support changing font, color, position as below.

You can also add and adjust text or images

Alternatively, you can also add a new content block with an image or text as shown above

Next, we will choose the display style for the subscribe button, we have a lot of templates available here for you to choose from.



The next step, you will need to complete the following three terms:

Display position

You can choose which page you want pop-ups to display. Alternatively, you can also choose a page according to the URL on your website

Each pop-up will only work on one page, the priority displayed will prioritize the specific page

Time of display

You can choose the display time immediately or after a time interval in seconds

Frequency of display

Show only 1 time
Show continuously until customers subcribes
Frequency of display after customers turn off pop-ups and do not subscribe

Then we will continue with the pop-up interface that will show up after the client has clicked the subscribe button and you can design it to look like the Initial State above.

If you don't want it to show up after the customer has subscribed the bot, you can select the option ''until customer subcribes''

Link to chat flow

The final step, we will connect the chat flow as shown below:



Note: This option is optional, you can ignore it if you do not want to associate with chat flow.
