Media Source is updated automatically once every 6 hours/ Daily/ Weekly based on the auto-sync that you've set-up. However, in some special cases, the access token expires, which prevents the auto-update.

Once you have an invalid token, we will notify you via your email and the system will automatically add a red exclamation mark in the Account section.

To get a new access token, please follow the instructions below to get your gallery auto-updated again:

Firstly, please choose Account > Hover on your account > Choose Reconnect

With Personal Account

With Business Account

Secondly, please choose Media Source > (Turn off Auto-sync If you are using Auto-sync function) > Choose Start sync

Once you did all these steps, a new access token is generated and your media source is up-to-date again.
