To downgrade a plan to other lower plan, you need to guarantee that the quantity of variants and feeds is equal to or less than the amount included in the picked plan and also the advanced function.

Review your current features and settings

Choose Pricing Plan tab
Choose Downgrade to your preferred plan and review on the popup notification



Depending on your current advanced features and the conditions of downgraded plan, the information in the popup notifications will be different.

Decrease the quantity of variations

Go to Source Management



Exclude some products manually or by rule as below



If you don't want to exclude some products, you can use the feature to select products by collection



If you still meet the warning notification that you are not able to downgrade, kindly recheck the amount of quantity of activated feeds



All you have to do is disable the feed that you are not using in the feed center

Disable the advanced function

If you are using the hour schedule sync in source management, you have to go to the source management and adjust into weekly schedule or daily schedule



If you are using the products source filtering in feed center, you have to disable it



If you are using the hour feed sync in feed center, you have to go to the source management and adjust into weekly schedule or daily schedule



If you are using Translate function, you have to disable the translate mode

For Facebook feed, it will have a button for you to disable here



For Google feed, it will not show the XML any longer

In case, you have used the app before we released the Pricing plan in July 2021, your feeds and variants amount that you synced to our app is still kept. But if you upgrade to the paid plan, and then, you want to downgrade to the Starter plan (free plan). We can't assist you back to the feeds and variants amount previously, you need to make sure the number of feed and variant would be fit this plan (1 enable feed and 50 variants).
