With this feature, you will be able to create a new order, set up shipping address, add discount and shipping rate right in your inbox.

This article will show you how to create a new order for both Comment and Inbox messages. When replying to Inbox messages, you can create an order and send it to your customers. On the other hand, you can create an order, but cannot send it to customers when replying to Comments.

First, you need to fill in customer's information by pressing Edit. After filling all the information, press Save.

Afterward, you can see the customer's information below their avatar. Press Create New Order.

Next, click Select Product to choose the product that your customer wants to buy. You can search for the product's name. Press Apply when you finish.

Then, you can Add Discount and Add Shipping to your order.

Besides, you can add a note for your customer at Order Note

Finally, press Create when you finish adding all information

Once you created an order, it will be sent as a message in the inbox. Here is how your order looks like in the inbox.

Moreover, the order is also created as a draft order on Shopify. You can click the order's name to see it on Shopify.
